Fire Flow Tests or Hydrant Rough/Final Inspections
Instructions:
The hydrant requests page is split into two forms:
Form 1 is for Hydrant Conveyance & Fire Flow Tests.
Form 2 is for Hydrant Inspections.
Instructions pertaining to the type of hydrant request being submitted will appear in the left column next to the appropriate form.
Please only fill out the form that is appropriate for your needs.
Time-specific requests may be honored for a fee of $85.00.
To ensure timely services, it is required that all requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m.
You will receive email confirmation and/or invoice for your request within 2 business days.
Cancellation of any request shall be made no later than 7:00 a.m. on the day of the inspection or test. Failure to cancel by 7:00 a.m. will result in additional fees.
Inspections and Flow Tests may be delayed due to fire rescue emergencies; however, you will be notified if your inspection is cancelled.
Form 1: Fire Hydrant Conveyance & Fire Flow Tests
In accordance with our GNFD Fee Schedule, there is a $200 Fire Flow Test Fee.
Once a request has been submitted accordingly, you should receive an invoice within 2 business days.
After all fees are paid, you should receive the results within 7-10 business days.
Form 2: Hydrant Rough & Final Inspections
In accordance with our GNFD Fee Schedule, there is a $50.00 fee per each hydrant as well as a $200.00 Fire Flow Test Fee for all Hydrant Finals.
Only the Permit holder is authorized to request an inspection on their respective permits.
By requesting an inspection, you grant permission for Greater Naples Fire Rescue to photograph all items related to the building or site. This is inclusive of fire inspectors or fire fighter activities.
Approved Collier County plans (original and revisions), permit cards and any additional documentation shall always be on the job site. If these documents are not on the job site upon the inspector’s arrival, the inspection shall be cancelled and re-inspection
fees applied.
