Ride Along Request

Liability Waiver

Print and sign the Ride Along Liability Waiver and attach it to the file upload at the end of the request.

To participate in a ride along you must:

Be 18 years of age
Possess a valid Government Issued ID
Bring a copy of your ID to Greater Naples Fire Headquarters located at 14575 Collier Blvd., Naples FL 34119
Wear proper attire including pants, collared shirt, and closed toe shoes
Pack your meals for the day
Sign and return Lability Waiver
Must wear provided safety vest/hard hat at all times
Remain in the apparatus upon reaching the scene of any fire or emergency call for safety concerns, unless directed to move to a safer location by the Company Officer

Other Policies:

Misconduct will lead to early dismissal
Only one request will be permitted every 6 months by a qualified individual.
The individual shall not interfere with any emergency operation and follow the direction of the Company Officer.
The District at its sole discretion, can stop or end a scheduled ride-along for the matters of public safety or concern.
